Walk Through Darkness Into the Light

The baptism in the spirit is the 3rd out of the 6 subjects of the gospel to learn about as you go through the process of being saved, receiving salvation and achieving eternal life. The 6 subjects are below and a person has to go through these 6 subjects in order to change.

1. Identifying sin/repenting from dead works

2. Faith toward God: Having a relationship with Yahweh the creator

3. Baptism in the spirit (what this post is about)

4. The laying of hands - you will be a active member of the kingdom of Yahweh.

5. Resurrection of the dead - you will be a helper of making the dead become the living spiritually

6. Eternal judgment - you will lead many to heaven

In the 3rd subject you are taught moral holiness by studying the teachings of Gods word. This changes you to become fruitful and full of righteousness. As you continue to immerse yourself in the moral standards of Yahweh and obey them, your whole body, soul and heart are being washed clean of sinful filth. As sin is being removed God gives you these “gifts” below:

1. Wisdom: You will begin to make better decisions

2. Knowledge: God teaches you knowledge that is good and you learn the correct way to do things. You are shown things through dreams.

3. Faith: You will have great confidence in everything you do - you will be a finisher instead of a quitter, you will walk with your head high instead of down.

4. Prophesy: This is when you begin to experience the position as a messenger of Yahweh. You speak his words and you will know the future, past and present. You also will learn about future events and how past events will mold the future.

5. Miracles: You will be able to help people achieve success because you will have the keys to all the locked doors in their life. You will be a loving and helping hand to people in need - an answer to their prayer. You will be their miracle.

6. Healing: You will be a fixer of the broken soul and will be able to correctly diagnosis diseases thus healing others in supernatural ways.

7. Tongues: You will speak with words of wisdom and knowledge. Everyone will want to hear what you have to say. Your words will be very powerful because they will be of a heavenly decent.

8. Interpretation of tongues: You will be able to comprehend and understand others, even if they are not speaking with the correct words and using the correct vocabulary.

9. Casting out spirits: Demons will be subject to your voice and angels will obey it.

This is baptism in the spirit. Its when you get emerged with righteousness and get the darkness cleaned out of your heart. The laying of the hands will be in the next post :)
